🗑️ Data Deletion
Band OS allows you to delete your data at any time. Below are the options available to you.
Option 1: Delete Your Account (Recommended)
This will permanently delete your Band OS account and all associated data.
Steps to Delete Your Account:
- 1 Log into Band OS
- 2 Go to Settings (click your band name at the bottom of the sidebar)
- 3 Scroll down to Danger Zone
- 4 Click Delete Account
- 5 Confirm the deletion

Option 2: Disconnect Facebook Only
If you only want to remove the Facebook connection but keep your Band OS account:
Steps to Disconnect Facebook:
- 1 Log into Band OS
- 2 Go to Integrations
- 3 Find Facebook in the list
- 4 Click Disconnect
This will remove your Facebook access token and page connections from Band OS. We will no longer have access to your Facebook data.
Option 3: Email Request
If you cannot access your account or prefer to request deletion via email:
Send a Deletion Request:
Email us at aaron.visocnik@gmail.com with:
- Subject: Data Deletion Request
- Include: The email address associated with your Band OS account
We will process your request within 30 days and send confirmation when complete.

What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your account information (email, name, password)
- Your band profile and settings
- All tasks, pipelines, and projects
- Venue reviews and saved venues
- Show history and calendar events
- All connected integration tokens (Facebook, Spotify, etc.)
- Any other data associated with your account
Data Retention
After deletion:
- Most data is deleted immediately
- Backups are purged within 30 days
- We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics
- We may retain data required by law (e.g., payment records)
