1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Band OS, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Band OS is a band management platform that provides:
- Task and project management for bands
- Venue discovery and reviews
- Show and tour management
- Social media integration and posting
- Analytics and reporting
- Team collaboration tools
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Band OS
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Free Plan
The free plan provides limited access to Band OS features at no cost.
Paid Subscriptions
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Payments are processed securely through PayPal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle.
5. User Content
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Band OS. By using our service, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content to provide the service.
Content Guidelines
You agree not to upload or share content that:
- Violates any law or regulation
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains malware or harmful code
- Is defamatory, abusive, or harassing
- Contains explicit content involving minors
6. Third-Party Integrations
Band OS integrates with third-party services (Facebook, Spotify, etc.). When you connect these services:
- You authorize us to access data from those services on your behalf
- You must comply with those services' terms of use
- We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes
- You can disconnect integrations at any time
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use automated systems to access the service without permission
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
- Impersonate others or provide false information

Band OS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Band OS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Band OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Band OS and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time through the settings page
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately
- We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state where Band OS operates.
